Professional tooth whitening is an easy treatment to help improve the appearance of your smile. At our North Hollywood and Montebello offices, we offer KoR Teeth Whitening and Zoom Teeth Whitening treatments for patients who suffer from discolored or stained teeth.

KöR Teeth Whitening is an advanced whitening treatment available at both facilities in North Hollywood and Montebello. KöR Teeth Whitening removes the toughest stains from your teeth. The procedure includes wearing a special tray while sleeping for two weeks. The trays are thin and custom-made. They are tailored to the shape of your teeth to avoid the solution from leaking out. The gel allows your teeth to absorb the oxygen, which reduces the discoloration and gives your teeth a whiter and brighter look. At the end of two weeks, a second appointment is scheduled to complete the process. It is important you follow all the required steps of the KöR system for the best result. Our staff will provide you with at-home instructions that will help you keep your beautiful smile.

Zoom! Teeth Whitening dramatically whitens teeth in less than one hour. It is one of the most advanced treatments available that can whiten your teeth by up to 12 shades. The treatment begins when the doctor places a protective covering over your lips and gums to prevent the bleaching agent from touching them. Then, the doctor applies the whitening gel directly on the teeth. A special blue-colored light is used for about 15 minutes. The whitening solution, along with the light, breaks up the stains and discoloration on the teeth. The doctor may need to repeat the procedure two or three times, depending on the degree of the discoloration. When the treatment is completed, the doctor applies a fluoride paste to reduce sensitivity, which some patients complain of immediately following the procedure. This feeling goes away within one to three days after the treatment.
